Enforcement Notice Searches - what you need to know

Please be advised that this list should not be consider the Council's Enforcement Register as it is not an exhaustive list of all enforcement notices served. If you wish to check whether there is an outstanding notice on your property you will need to contact the local land charges team [email protected] or if you wish to confirm whether an enforcement notice has been complied with you will need to contact the planning enforcement team [email protected].


Use this page to search for enforcement notices. You do not have to fill in all the search criteria boxes but you can use a combination of search criteria

Case Number - if you know the case number use it as your search option; it is the fastest search. You do not need to enter any other information when you use the case number.

Site address - It is preferable to use Property Number/Name or Postcode and Street pick list but alternatively you can enter a location in Location of Alleged Breach. This field is sensitive to punctuation and spaces. Do not use commas or the word London. Use % when typing addresses eg %1%Camden%Road%.

Date search - click on relevant radio button and enter dates as DD-MM-YYYY eg 31-07-2007.

You can enter or select other options in the Search criteria fields to narrow your search. For example select a Ward to get information about a particular area.
